- Condition: As good as new! Playhouse not even screwed. placed indoor at my in law place. set up and my kids seldom play with it!Too many toys!Selling as my in law has been nagging about the space issue :( View to believe! As playhouse are just put together and not screwed, easy to dismantle for transport! Viewing at Yishun :)
